Values as a company
In the past 3-4 years, [I/they/he/she] has taken a few decisions that don't feel right/defensible.
Two phone call interviews, each lasting 45 minutes. The interviewers were very helpful and not at all mean. They sort of walked you through the process. I solved the initial problem pretty quickly, but then they asked you to optimize your solution f
The first few minutes, I chatted with my interviewer. He then told me the question and instructed me to solve it in a Google Doc using Python. He didn't care much for correct syntax, but rather for correct logic when implementing the solution.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. Remote technical test, including coding development questions as well as system design. Everything was done remotely with a 4-day deadline to complete the technical test.
