They treat their employees very well, and the work culture is very laid back and free, while stressing excellence and efficiency.
Sometimes I felt a bit lost due to the sheer scale of the company and the dynamic of my particular team (we were somewhat less social than other teams).
Take care of your interns! Keep up to date with them beyond just their work, and encourage them (even more!) to seek out other interns, older mentors, and other social and professional growth opportunities.
