For a prospective software engineer who is in college, I do not think there is a much better place to work.
Unparalleled internal learning resources, a very smart team, very good pay, and great perks.
Huge organization, and you are rolling the dice as to whether you'll get an interesting project and a fun team.
I have no advice for upper management.
