As an intern, career opportunities in the sense of converting to full-time are a much smoother process than applying for full-time without coming from an internship. The process is still selective but considerably nicer.
- Experience is dependent on teams. I unfortunately had a team with less energy and drive.
- Depending on the breadth of the project and whether you need to work with remote teams, it can really feel like a clunky, large company.
Continue to maintain the company culture and make management decisions as transparent as possible.

Software Engineering Intern
