There is trust here. Maybe not from top management, but from your team, there is trust, and there is compassion and acceptance.

Management can seem very stressful when goals aren't met or unexpected blockers arise.
Small, Google discounts for employees. Slightly-decent discounts for companies that overprice their products. Most products are between 5-10% off, or "rewards" which you know you won't use.
One manager was carrying and was quite literally a part of the time, not a boss, but a leader. The other one seemed to be more a boss, not quite a leader.
