Everything looks fine to me.
Almost no cons to me.
I applied via the Google career website. I then completed an online assessment with a few DS&A problems. I then completed two back-to-back interviews, with one DS&A problem each.
They requested that I not share too much. Just study DSA problems before the interview, and you should be fine. LeetCode has a list of problems that they frequently ask, which I found to be a good place to start.
Two 45-minute phone interviews were conducted via Google Docs. The first interview went terribly. The second interview went much better. They were undecided and scheduled a third interview, which also went well, but ultimately, no offer was made.
