Google cannot go back to the company it used to be (which was a much, much better workplace), but trust between employees and leadership can be rebuilt. People can be made to feel appreciated and belonging again if you make it a priority. Bringing back internal mobility for the strong performers would go a long way.

Very good interview process. The interviewer was on time, and basic programming questions were asked. The main topic was on algorithms and Python programming skills. I was asked to solve BFS and DFS, and also binary search.
