Amazing experience in every aspect
The projects I worked on had real impact. I didn't feel relegated to inconsequential "kiddie work." I also felt like a full-time employee with access to basically all the same amenities. The pay was great, and there's a heavy emphasis on work-life balance. I never felt overworked.
