Kind people, learned a lot.
No cons. Enjoyed my time.
Had a coding sample which was really easy, and then some average algorithm questions for the phone interview. I didn't really prepare, but would have been able to complete them if I had.
Come in, dig over the CV, and go straight up to the board. Start solving the question in whichever programming language you want. You'll need to explain about computing speed, memory requirements, tradeoffs, etc.
First, there was an online HackerRank challenge. Then, there was a round with a software engineer. The process was fairly seamless and it basically just tested us on data structures and algorithms.
