Beautiful company. I went in for a technical interview on programming. After a short wait, a long and detailed interview began. After an initial part to put me at ease, various technical questions, more or less complex, started.

You submit a series of essays to be accepted into the program. The prompts are extremely similar to something you would find in the Common App. The essays, if I remember correctly, have a word limit of 500 words.

The interview process was held in NYC and lasted a full day. After two interviews at the beginning, I was assigned an employee to have lunch with. This was followed by another three interviews.
