The culture at Google is great. Everyone is smart and supportive, and it's a nice environment.
An internship project can be hit or miss, and can impact how many interviews you need to do to convert for full-time. Only take on a team you're actually interested in.
Put less pressure on interns for picking their team. Give them more options upfront, rather than "You have to decide if you want this right now!"
It was a great interview process. The whole 30 minutes, I was asked about operating systems, databases, coding with data structures and algorithm design, computer networking, and other achievements and projects.
The interview process was easy, though it involved several hoops to jump through. Several questions focused on software development, and some questions addressed teamwork. Overall, it was a good experience, although I wasn’t hired. Tips: * Practice
Had a phone call with a recruiter. The question was about Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Got a result back around two weeks later, and proceeded to the on-site interview. The on-site interview was challenging. It started with a dynamic program
