The evaluation process feels overly formal, making the feedback from the hiring team unclear at times. Instead of being based primarily on your performance with managers and teams, it often relies more on statistical outputs tied to your code and project completions.
Additionally, there are many obstacles when trying to develop something independently. Every detail requires approval, which slows progress and often cuts into the time needed to deliver meaningful output.
