DEI is a joke. It does not apply to anyone who does not fit the model. There is no real understanding of 'reasonable accommodations' for employees with disabilities. HR is no help whatsoever, since they are not skilled to do the job.

It was an easy process. I had 7 rounds of interviews. The entire process took me a month. It was a rigorous process. The work model is currently remote, and they may expect a return to the office anytime.
The interview consists of three rounds. The first two rounds are coding-focused and feature very difficult questions. All were coding-related. I do not recommend this interview for anyone not strong in coding and SQL.
