The WLB is insane. Nothing's ever expected to get done, and you just have to commit a few PRs a year to get an Acceptable or even Exceeds rating.

And it turns out they hate doing that because they love working 20 hours a week, so they won't do it. And then promo is impossible. The misalignment between perf periods and OKR semesters isn't great for this either.
