Many of the core things about Google still are here:
- Great technical infrastructure
- Intelligent people who are excellent at their jobs
- Good compensation
But no longer is everything great.
Excessive penny-pinching. Nonsense executive decisions. Fear and worry about job safety.
Remember that Googlers are people too, not cogs.
