I went through four rounds of LeetCode interviews. I was quite surprised they never asked questions about working with people. It was totally tech-focused. I will say the HR recruiter was far more human than my experience interviewing with Microsoft

Applied online. They skipped the phone interview. The interview on campus was moderately difficult and focused on system design problems. Received an offer in a week. They beat a competing offer from another popular large company.
