Politics are starting to get in the way of engineering. Since launches are incentivized so heavily in the promo process, negative dogfood feedback is often ignored on the way to launch, with few or no consequences.
Hire more designers and PMs. Consumer-facing projects are heavily bottlenecked on non-SWE resources.
