Normal Phone Interview. I had a phone interview with two Google employees where they asked me to solve a LeetCode-style algorithm question. Questions evolved, with the interviewer adding more complexity to the question as the interview progressed.
The OA was hard and they asked questions from dynamic programming. The time was very limited, and it was tough for most people who attempted it. The final shortlisting was based more on CGPA than the OA, though.
I did one in English and one in Chinese. The questions weren't complicated, and they provided hints. However, I didn't prepare enough. It seemed to test communication skills more than coding.
