Definitely working with some smart people, and work-life balance was for the most part good. The perks are good as well.
Seems like the perks just keep decreasing. You'll also deal with a lot of egos. People use the performance review tools to air their grievances when they could have just told you about the problem and resolved it. Also, good engineers don't always make good managers.
