Great culture and very laid-back work-life balance for an intern. Free meals three meals a day, and I learned a lot during my internship.
I suppose pay, but SWE Intern pays more than Step.

SWE STEP Intern
Two rounds of interviews, each 45 minutes. Firstly, an introduction part. Then, you are required to complete LeetCode-like problems using data structures and algorithms, with follow-up questions. Finally, you can ask questions.
SWE STEP Intern
The questions were mainly easy to medium data structures and algorithm questions. Recruiters were helpful and nice. The interviews were two back-to-back with a 15-minute break. It was a phone call, and they used Google Docs.
