Google is just an amazing place to work at. The salary and the perks are great, but the most amazing thing about Google is the people. Everyone is super smart - you can always learn from others, but they are also nice, always willing to help, and happy about their job.
In addition, there is always the feeling that you do things that matter, and an atmosphere of "we want to and we can change the world."
There are tons of career opportunities and options to grow. Management encourages innovation and pushing your own ideas.
The Tel Aviv office is still quite small, so there are not a lot of options. Managers are engineers who were tested for their engineering abilities, not people management. Sometimes they are lacking management skills.
