The internship program is well-structured with formal onboarding. Tasks have clear goals, and the code contributes to real products. Team members are technically strong and open to questions. The work environment is comfortable with comprehensive facilities.
Internal systems are complex and require time to get familiar with. The access approval process can be slow, which may affect initial productivity.
