You'll meet some full-time coworkers who treat contractors unprofessionally and rudely, yet there's no one within Google you can complain to about it.
Restricted access to any work "gatherings," so no party, no dinner, or any offsite activities. This is fine, but if you've accidentally been invited to a Googler event, someone will police this and ask you to leave, rubbing salt into the wound.
Slow-to-respond XWF teams; it takes weeks to get the basic stuff like the computer, seat assignment, and badge access.
Uncertain employment status for contractors. They won't let you know whether your contract is extended or not until the very last week. At-will employment, so be ready to face sudden termination and get locked out without any notice.
Promote a fair working environment for all employees, FTEs, and TVCs. It's okay to work without any perks or swags, but respect and transparency should be non-negotiables.
Measure the XWF team's performance by their process speed and response time.
Two interviews back to back with an hour break. Difficulty was one hard, one medium. The interviewers were nice, but a little bit pushy, so you don't get a lot of time to think.
It was okay. The interviewer was kind but did not seem interested at all. The questions were not that hard, but the entire interview process was very strung out, and communication amongst the recruiter was not good.
Pretty easy. It was two graph type problems, with DP necessary to solve. You don't need to run the code, which is a plus. They have their own pool of questions, so they usually aren't on LeetCode.
