The people and the benefits
The culture can be a bit "woke."
It was an okay experience. The people interviewing me seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, but all good, though. The questions were pretty easy, just some simple LeetCode stuff.
Video interview with a senior developer. Discuss resume and then coding problems via code, followed by a walk-through of the code. Whiteboard-style interview, with a final chat about salary expectations and the type of work at the company.
Heavy on algorithm and data structure questions. Much harder than expected, they asked numerous obscure algorithms that almost never come up in real life. Behavioral interview was fairly standard, with some questions about hypothetical scenarios.
