No complaints. Brilliant and kind coworkers. The vast majority of managers are incredibly qualified to lead and very reasonable. Amazing perks and benefits.
Everyone is insanely talented and smart, so you feel quite a bit of pressure to work long hours if you're more on the average side.
Best managers I’ve had in my career.
Phone interview with a software engineer or UX engineer. Followed by a UX Engineer exercise, given 1 to 2 weeks to complete. Then the team reviews the exercise. Lastly, an on-site interview with the team.
The phone interview was very long. They asked a lot of technical questions, and more questions about the company culture and my background in UX. It was not easy at all.
First, an online assessment, then the HR call, then several rounds of technical interview (you need to solve data structure/algorithm problems), and finally a manager interview (mostly behavioral questions).
