The phone interview was very long. They asked a lot of technical questions, and more questions about the company culture and my background in UX. It was not easy at all.

Phone interview with a software engineer or UX engineer. Followed by a UX Engineer exercise, given 1 to 2 weeks to complete. Then the team reviews the exercise. Lastly, an on-site interview with the team.

The phone interview started off easy with basics of C++, as it is the OO language of choice. It then progressed into some really simple problem-solving questions, which felt a bit off, but I managed to solve them 10 minutes later after an awkward pau
