Best company I have ever worked for
At Google, you feel valued every day when you walk in through the door. What's more important is the fact that you are surrounded by the best engineers in the world. This really pushes you to keep up with such elite talent, and that's a really good feeling.
Perhaps Google has grown so much that, at times, I felt like many of the processes in place were very convoluted and cumbersome. This is not aligned, in my opinion, with the idea of "maintaining a startup mentality no matter how big we become."
Keep it lean, keep it creative, and never forget: "Don't be evil."
