Four rounds, spread over several weeks:

• An initial conversation with HR
• Technical live coding session
• System design round for mobile architecture
• Culture/Impact fit interview

All conversations were professional and structured. The feedback was consistently positive. Unfortunately, a rejection was issued at the end without specific reasons, which made the overall process disappointing.

Although a feedback interview was offered, no written feedback or hints were given in the rejection message itself. For such a long and intensive process, this seemed disrespectful.

The questions covered both technical competence and teamwork skills.
