This is the first time in my work experience (19 years) that I've passed four technical interviews (and a few others) for a vacancy.

This is great, as I spoke with about seven different people from Grammarly during this time, and vice versa, which makes the interview process less subjective.

I had the chance to ask questions to different tech engineers, which gave me a better understanding of the inner development processes, not from a manager but from the very people involved.

I'd like to commend the very clear messages from the recruiter (Volodymyr). This gave me a clear understanding of what to expect from the tech interview, which eliminated unexpected situations (which steal time and focus) and allowed me to be better prepared for the technical challenges.

One of the tasks was to refactor a piece of code so that it could work in a concurrent environment (fix concurrency issues).
