For the past several months, I was involved in a lot of conversations about new features, next strategic steps, and how we could extend our product in a smart way. The vibe of these conversations is amazing. Engineers, product managers, and designers brainstorm together, thinking of new ways our product could shine.
As an eng manager, I am particularly fond of the engineers on my team. The stuff just… gets done. It is a pleasure to be able to talk high-level details with the group, and then watch the engineers figure out the architecture, contribute to feature design, suggest radical technical improvements, you name it.

If you don't like change, it might be hard for you here.
Adaptability is certainly the key to your success at Grammarly. However, before we commit to any significant changes, we run open discussions, make the stage available to everyone involved, and implement them carefully.
Still, life changes quickly here, and, well, you have to be onboard with that.

The interview process was perfectly built and well thought out. All interviewers were kind and polite, which made it easy not to stress. Generally, the interview was challenging and exciting, and it kept me focused during the whole process.
