Grammarly has a truly exceptional team. People are caring and sensitive, very smart, hard-working, and, beyond everything, fun. Folks are honest when expressing opinions and are passionate about the product and work results in general.
This combination creates a very challenging environment, so it's not an easy walk around here. But in my two years here, I have grown my manager's muscle significantly. It is a great learning environment, definitely.
Grammarly's product is unique in how it is research-heavy on the backend and how it is so lightweight for the users. Lots of great design work backed up by a very able engineering team.
