There's always something happening: traveling, ice-skating, board games, composing music, dancing, etc. This creates a unique atmosphere here at Grammarly. I enjoy every day with my team. Each and every one of my teammates is remarkable.

The motivation for the management's decisions is not always clear. The hiring process can be tedious and seem never-ending: some vacancies stay open for a really long time, and the reasons for not hiring certain candidates are not always clear. Communication between the two offices needs improvement.
