Pros: Engineers are really skillful and knowledgeable. No doubt the company has really good IT assets.

Cons: If you are full-time, be ready to work overtime, on weekends, at night, etc. You can get a code change request on Tuesday night, and the code to be deployed is scheduled for Wednesday. Management is very knowledgeable from an IT perspective. However, their stakeholders rule the world. Business users can delay their UAT, and the deployment day remains the same, so you will work overnights. I would not recommend friends working here. There is nothing new to learn at all. All you will do is support and build data pipelines, which an undergraduate can do.
