About a 7-week process. Initial phone call with a recruiter to discuss an offer. Then an hour-long tech screening with the hiring manager (LeetCode easy questions). Invited for on-site shortly after. On-site was 5 hours: 4 back-to-back interviews, then lunch with the hiring manager. First interview is chill! My interviewer was incredibly nice and gave me the entire time to ask questions about the role, company culture, and what the team dynamic is. The second interviewer wasn’t too bad; just behavioral. The third and fourth interviews are whiteboards, good questions. Unfortunately, I didn’t get an offer, but the people I met were great.
