Pros: There are no, and I mean no, pros of working for this Czech Republic owned and run company. They are not the Groupon of yore. They are trying to trick the remaining customers they have into thinking they are the same local startup Chicago-based US company. That went away a long time ago. This is something new and absolutely awful. These new owners are the meanest, uncaring, sneaky people I've ever worked with. They lied to us employees about everything from "We'll be safe in our positions" to pay, job responsibilities, and so much more. Things change daily and on the fly. What we did one day is totally different the next without reason or explanation. And if you don't like it, goodbye. You don't matter at this company, especially if you are a US-based employee. Everyone I worked with for years is gone. They let people go on a regular basis and almost seem to take joy in it. They work you to the bone and take all you have to offer, then ask you to train someone else in Europe and let you go. There is no love for the US job market. Do not waste your time with this company. You will regret it if you do.

Pros: Good team, interesting opportunities and projects.

Cons: Bad management, not friendly to employees, the culture is the worst.

Pros: Work-life balance is good.

Cons: Not much to say here.
