I applied online, and the recruiter got back to me a few weeks later. She was very friendly and informative, providing a detailed description of the role and the team. She outlined the process and, to my surprise, said she would give me feedback regardless of how the interview went, covering both positives and negatives. Most companies are quite tight-lipped about providing interview feedback, so this was a welcome change.
The interview was typical: five interviewers in one-on-one situations, with one joining via video conference. I received one coding exercise and two design questions from two different interviewers. All of them also asked typical behavioral-based manager questions.
Nothing was very difficult or unexpected. The majority of the questions were asking me to talk about my past management experiences.
