Process
The interview was divided into three steps:

The first step involved a language test with examples of what I would do.

The second step was a one-to-one interview with HR and the team leader, who asked me technical, personal, and professional questions. This lasted approximately thirty minutes.

The third interview was to inform me about my promotion and discuss the contract conditions.
