I went through five rounds of discussion, which consisted of three technical rounds, one hiring manager round, and one director round.
My interview was good, and I received positive feedback from the technical panel as well. After the interview, HR even told me that he would communicate further regarding documentation and the next steps. However, one day later, they suddenly replied that my candidature was not being considered this time.
There was no clear reason mentioned, although I had cleared all my technical rounds. I tried to reach them for proper feedback, but they either did not receive my calls or replied to my emails.
My request to HR is to be a little more proactive with the interview process and feedback. We usually invest a whole day and at least deserve a bit more transparency and proper feedback.
