Pros: Flexible work hours, unless you don't get to report to some micromanager due to your own ill luck. Decent hikes. Seemingly transparent leadership.

Cons: No value for honest and hard-working employees. Such people will be fired for no reason. Company will hire for senior positions even during economic crisis, and those in junior positions will not be given any chance to grow due to biased managers and leadership. They have bandwidth to set up some stupid video games, especially during the COVID era, but no wisdom to address developer's woes. Instead, they prepare for the silent assassination of a few innocent employees. Company made a stupid decision to fire a bunch of innocent employees instead of shutting down their premises to save costs. They have budget to open some useless football courts for show-off but no budget to retain hard-working employees.

Pros: Good individual contributor people and teams.

Cons: terrible direction and C-level people

Pros: It's easy to coast if you have a side business or something else you are focusing on outside of work.

Cons: Very grim outlook. We had three different managers and three different CTOs last year. No one has any idea what they are supposed to work on. Total disaster.
