Cons: The list is quite big. I would start with the worst engineering leadership and management. These people are literally asking developers to propose new changes in the product after comparing with market competition. So, basically, a developer will not just propose the solution and code the solution, but they will eventually define the problem and solve it as well. God knows how the leadership works here. VP and director are just for politics and good for nothing. They openly ask people to leave after working for a few years and threaten others even if you are working well. Please beware of these two gentlemen. The work is stagnant. They will ask you to revive a product which is already dead.
