I don't know why a lot of people are complaining about the interview process. They contacted me in Australia to relocate to California. The interview process was with several engineers (three), who were all very nice and interesting.
After the third interview, I was told that they were looking for a Java programmer, and I am more of a PHP programmer. Therefore, there was no point continuing, as the next two interviewers would be asking much harder Java questions (which I don't think I could have answered).
The three interviewers asked some pretty normal questions, which were not too hard. They were basic "how would you do this, how would you write it?" questions, and all was done in a small office, in a really decontracted environment.
None of the questions were hard, but then again, I stopped before the really hard things.
