I was contacted by an HR director who found me on LinkedIn. She called me, and we had a nice chat about what was going on in the company and why she found my profile interesting. We then scheduled a technical interview via Skype.
It was rescheduled due to "some emergency," but after two to three weeks, I completed the interview. It was very technical, and I was asked to sort out some algorithms. I found this a bit annoying because it was not relevant to my profile and tech skills as an Android developer. Therefore, after the interview, I was turned down.
Both are recursive algorithms, which I had 1 hour to solve in front of the interviewer.
