- Nice and close-knit group. Diverse workforce and a friendly working environment.
- Free breakfast and a once-a-week lunch.
- Office location.
- No micromanagement.

Salary is not as competitive as other companies like Amazon or Microsoft. Since Dublin is an expensive city, you won't save much.

Long working hours (9 am-6 pm), and then on top of that, you will be attending meetings with the US team until 7 pm. US work hours are much shorter.

Working hours should be shorter, and pay should be corrected as per the market standard.
