Chilled-out atmosphere, no dress code and restrictions (at least when I was working).
Lack of recognition. Middle-level management never does what it says when it comes to career growth. Poor package when compared to industry standards.
I guess it's the problem with the location I worked at. Global and country-level management should seriously consider revamping everything, specifically the middle-level management, and absorbing the talent.
