- Decent work-life balance
- Easy-going peers
- It is a production support engineering organization, just supporting some legacy applications.
- Not much learning for an engineer, whether you come as SDE2, SDE3, or SDE4.
- Highly volatile environment. Most engineers who get hired do not get any work for 8-9 months. Half of them might be asked to leave.
- No clarity on work expectations from senior folks. You join and contribute to whatever you can.
Don't hire people you cannot give work to. You may consider yourself of the same standard as Ola, Amazon, and Flipkart, but the fact is you are not.
