Mission is terrific: help local businesses thrive and bring people to moments they might not have found otherwise.
New leadership is clearly changing course. The "jerk ratio" here is very low. You can tell the folks who are all-in are in it to stay and are leading good change.
Indecision from the past created some bloated tech structures, and pockets of conservative technologists and business folks (which is weird for a young company).
Stay focused, and say 'no' to some projects.
Keep being kind to people going hard to help.
