We used to have good tech talent, but gradually, because of management decisions, profit declined, and survival politics on the ground ruined the culture. Good talent started leaving. Good for freshers and not for experienced engineers.
Most work in India is maintenance. Not much complexity of work for a senior person; most days it's meetings and production maintenance.
