Pros

After one year without any complaint from my manager, I had the terrible idea to complain about the night on-call, which had been happening since day one, 24/7, without any major improvement in the alerting system. My manager just freaked out. I went to HR to complain and was kicked out, claiming low performance. Obviously, there was no evidence, but the company culture doesn't allow any complaints. You execute and never complain, like a good soldier.

Cons

Terrible management. No empathy. They treat you like a piece of meat to exploit and then trash you like an old dress.
