FBP - The salary structure has many components that can be added as reimbursement. These reimbursements were non-taxable in the old regime. However, with the new regime's relaxation from 2025-26, this is not as beneficial. Also, many people are claiming reimbursement falsely.
Except FBP, everything is wrong here. No good hikes or promotions for hardworking engineers. PMs, EMs, and senior management take most of the money for themselves.
No new learning in the company.
If the offer is not that good compared to other offers, then don't join. You will regret it.
Start caring for old employees.
