I've never had a single issue related to being a woman in tech here. In fact, I've frequently been connected with other women in the company to network. I've also had a great series of managers who've genuinely cared about my well-being and career progression.
Priorities shift frequently. Remote workers (at least prior to the pandemic) are not fully included where possible.
Often, there are periods of "hurry up and wait," where there's a big push to get something done, then, for various reasons, a drop-off in work as you wait for some bureaucratic process or priority shift and wonder why the hurry in the first place.
